You can ask us to delete your Didi Bhaiya ki Biryani account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — In the app
- Open the app and go to Profile.
- Choose Delete my account and confirm.
Option 2 — By email
Email support@didibhaiyakibiryani.com from your registered email address with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify the request and complete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile (name, email, phone) and saved delivery addresses.
- Your login credentials.
- Support tickets and uploaded images linked to your account.
What we may retain
For legal, tax and accounting compliance we retain invoice and transaction records (order amount, date, GST details) for the period required by Indian law. These records are kept in a restricted form and are not used to contact you. Payment instrument details are held by our payment processor (Razorpay), not by us.
