These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Didi Bhaiya ki Biryani website and apps operated by D&B Foods. By placing an order or using the Services you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Email verification (OTP) is required at sign-up.
2. Orders & pricing
- Menu, prices, taxes and delivery charges are shown before you confirm an order and may change.
- An order is confirmed once accepted by the kitchen; we may decline or cancel orders (e.g. item unavailable, outside delivery area, suspected fraud).
- All food is 100% vegetarian and prepared to order.
3. Payments
Payments are taken via Cash on Delivery or online through our payment gateway (Razorpay). You agree to pay the total shown at checkout.
4. Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel before the kitchen begins preparation. Once preparation starts, an order generally cannot be cancelled. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Contact support@didibhaiyakibiryani.com for refund or quality issues.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary with demand, weather and traffic. Please provide an accurate address and a reachable phone number.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt them, or use them for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The brand, logo, content and software are owned by D&B Foods and may not be used without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order concerned.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
