- Account details — name, email address and (optionally) phone number.
- Delivery details — delivery address, landmark and contact number.
- Order details — items ordered, preferences, notes and order history.
- Support content — messages and images you send us for help tickets.

- Approximate / precise location — used to find your delivery area and, in the delivery-partner app, to route riders to customers.
- Device & usage data — app version, device model and basic diagnostics to keep the app reliable.
Payments
Online payments are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). Card/UPI credentials are entered on the gateway and are not stored on our servers; we receive only a payment status and reference id.
2. How we use your information
- Create and manage your account and authenticate sign-in (including email OTP verification).
- Process, prepare, deliver and track your orders.
- Send order updates, receipts and important service notices.
- Provide customer support and resolve issues.
- Improve, secure and troubleshoot the Services, and meet legal/tax obligations.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Delivery partners — your name, address and contact number, so your order can be delivered.
- Payment processor — Razorpay, to take and verify payments.
- Service providers — hosting, email delivery and image hosting (ImageKit) that operate the Services on our behalf.
- Authorities — when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
4. Data retention
We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active and as required for accounting, tax and legal compliance. You can ask us to delete your account at any time — see Account & Data Deletion.
5. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections and passwords are stored only as salted hashes. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.
6. Your rights
- Access and update your profile and addresses in the app.
- Request a copy or correction of your data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
7. Children
The Services are intended for users aged 18 and above and are not directed at children.
